Ashley is a Licensed Professional Counselor and owner of Grow and Bloom Counseling. She believes that all children are capable of growing into the best versions of themselves with the right support.

With over a decade of experience in the field of mental health across a variety of settings, Ashley brings a unique perspective to the therapeutic relationship. She has worked with children and families in community mental health agencies, therapeutic foster care, schools (both public and therapeutic), and private practice. Ashley also has experience working within the NJ Children’s System of Care as an in-home therapist. In addition to working one-on-one with children, teens and young adults, Ashley also has extensive experience working closely with parents, running both psychoeducational and therapeutic groups, and collaborating with the various stakeholders in a child’s life (psychiatrists, pediatricians, teachers and administrators, etc.).

Ashley earned her B.A. in Psychology, along with an Elementary Education certification, from Ramapo College of New Jersey. She went on attend the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education, where she earned an M.S.Ed in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and an M.Phil.Ed in Professional Counseling.

Ashley is a National Certified Counselor (NCC). She has completed additional training in infant and early childhood mental health through the University of Pittsburgh and Zero to Three, as well as training in attachment and parenting through Mental Health Academy and Circle of Security International.

Ashley was nominated as an NJ Top Kids’ Doc 2026.
